My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: OHIO

Alright, the situation is this....I was in a parking lot, walking into a store. A driver didn't even look up when she put her car into drive. I got hit. DID NOT have any injuries. This cop came up and got out of their car. I told them, "I'm fine, no harm no foul." They tried to make me go to the hospital, and only ceased when I repeatedly refused and threatened to call my lawyer if they didn't allow me to leave. I basically said, "either put me under arrest for something, or let me leave." Then I left.

Here's my question. 1. This happened on private property. Did they have any right to intrude on the situation in the first place (they were not invited)?
2. After being told I'm fine, did they have the right to try and persist (even trying to issue a ticket to the driver, to which I absolutely was against and fought against)?
3. Can they force you to go to the hospital when you're absolutely fine????

This cop pissed me off. I wanted to punch him in his dumba** face. i don't see that he had any right to even intrude.
