Question Towed from the Gated Community on Florida, Dade County

My question involves towing laws for the State of: Florida
Towed from the gated community on Florida, Dade county.
I came to visit my friend. At the gate I gave my info and proceed in. Later, i found out that they have sign, hidden in bushes on other side of the entrance states: "Unauthorized vehicles will be towed away....." and so on and the name of the company and their phone number.
on the permit says 10.40 pm (the time i got in). I went all the way in the complex, passed 2 garages with signs that parking for residents only and i parked in the third one where were no any parking related signs.
when i got back around 1.30am i didn't find my car. i called police and they told me that it was towed. i went to the security for explanations and non of them spoke any English.
there were a guy who spoke some English explained to me that he towed my car because it was parked illegally, that he has all the signs but they hidden (i assumed he meant he hide them to tow cars like mine and make some money) but obviously the third garage doesn't have any.
i asked security for the written explanations the reasons for towing and who authorized and were present during it. but they couldn't tell me anything because they didn't speak any English, even the person in charge. Isn't it ridiculous?
when i went to pick up my car i saw a sticker on my window (mostly in Spanish) stated that car was parked illegally (my friend translated to me) issued at 11.45pm. At 12.24am they reported it to police as towed.
then i found out that my car was opened. some belongings are missing (but i think it will be hard to prove that they were there, wouldn't be?) and the lock on drivers side is barely working.

so, do i have a legal case here?

thanks a lot for any help

before those gate guys turn into gardeners, go and take a picture, or video would be better of entering the gate to show what signs are or aren't visible. Since you know where a sign is located, you can show that it cannot be seen upon entry.
