But why don't states have a Public Murder or Felonious Assault Offender Registry Inquiry? Citizens will be more safer of felons.

You have a good idea. I think over time we've seen a trend to treat sex offenders and violent offenders similarly for many purposes (such as establishing DNA databases) so it probably is only a matter of time before we see a violent offenders list in different states.
You might want to contact your local state legislator to see if he/she would be interested in proposing such legislation in your state.
I suspect that selling access to criminal records is still a profit center for many states, and they don't want to give up the income.
