    Thumbs down Speeding in Tacoma

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Washington

I have this and I just don't know if there's any way out of it. I can't afford to have this go on my record! What do I do? Does anyone see anything that I cannot see?

Are you planning to contest the infraction?
The notice of infraction is thin on details.
Have you filed a request for discovery?
Your options to do anything but pay the fine are limited because it looks like time has run out.

Does this help? I sent for discovery and this is the additional papers I have. Let me know what my options are. Thanks!

Brock failed to mention his exact location and at how far he tagged you.

He also fails to mention that he was stationary. If he had been moving, then this evidence is inadmissible. Interpretation of the following sentence: "I observed a high audible tone which was consistent with the vehicle speed." Which vehicle speed? Is he saying that his vehicle was moving?

EDIT: And Oh my lanta, The affidavit does not match up to the NOI! Motion for dismissal as this particular affidavit belongs to case number 6235231 NOT 6285231.

May say that that "3" you are seeing is really an "8". So have a plan B. If you wish to go this route, go the full monty! The tag number is not correct .. it should be "L1336" not "L-1336" this is likely a better argument as now no one is there to say the dash is not significant.

Good job. I hate to be a stickler... maybe you (and your cousin) should slow down a little bit?

Psh. Haven't had a speeding ticket since October 09. I do enjoy serving discovery for friends, however.

Like I said, though, "I hate to be a stickler..." There's someone on this forum that says "Speeding doesn't kill, speed without control kills." I agree.
