    Default H1B Transfer

Hi, I have been offered job by two Companies say A and B. I was ready to join Company A but before joining I got an offer from company B which is a much stable job. Company A has already submmited my papers for H1B transfer and they are forcing me to join the company even when I have told them there will be a problem joining and I am not sure when I will join.

Now Company A is calling me again and again and forcing me to join or else they want me to pay the money for H1 transfer as well as the air ticket which they had booked for me.

Can someone please advice me what I should do.

    Company A is in Arizona.

They can't make you join the company. If you contracted with them to reimburse them for certain expenses if you chose not to follow through with employment, they may have a claim for those expenses based upon the contract.
