The simple answer is: it depends. If you and hubby can agree on everything from division of assets and liabilities, to alimoney, child support, custody, and visitation, the process isn't terribly long - maybe a couple of months. If there isn't TOTAL agreement, then you start multiplying by months, hiring attorneys, filing motions, having mediation, enduring custody evaluations, etc.
division of everything? we have nothing together no kids nothing at all we just lived together but i moved out a year ago and we were separated since before that. we agree on everything as in we both want to be divorced
