    Default Whats the Difference Between K-3 Non-Immigrant Visa and Spouse Immigrant Visa

    I need to know whats best for me (american citizen) and my husband (brazilian citizen) who are both residing in Brazil. We want to move to the USA to live, and are having trouble deciding what visa is best, and what's the difference between k-3 visa and immigrant spouse visa? Please help me! Thanks.
