Unhappy Spouse Refuses to Sign Uncontested Divorce

My question involves a marriage in the state of:KY
I have been legally married since 2005 seperated from husband for the last 15 months, filed for divorce after meeting KY state residency 180 days after moving back to KY,spouse is refusing to sign uncontested divorce papers. What is going to happen next in court?can i file a contested divorce now?I know i cannot make him sign, what should i do next since i'm doing my case pro se.My spouse filed taxes jointly this year and kept every last cent to himself, that i could live with but i have ended up on food stamps and he has cut my health insurance and i have a medical condition requiring health insurance i also endedup in a shelter because of him and had to get a restraining order against him.My husband signed an Affidavit of support or I864 in 2006 stating that he would financially support me so that i would not become a public charge.I am not trying to mooch off of him,i am in school full time and looking for a job.I was not allowed to work for almost the entireity of the marriage due to him being controlling.
There are no children from this marriage nor any assets to fight over,do i have a leg to stand on in getting my taxes back from him ?.I called the IRS and since he efiled and no signatures are involved there is nothing i can do about it.Can i go to court and seek enforcement of the AOS based on now receiving govt assistance?.I would like to get this divorce over with but i need assistance financially.I have never made more than 20,000 for all the 5 years of marriage combined while he has made over 56,000 a year.Any information or input would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Yes, you can file to enforce the I-864.

More and more cases are being published and I have not found a single case where the ruling was in favor of the sponsor.

If you're going pro se, you're going to need to start researching and reading. Here are two cases to start you off.

    Stump v. Stump

    Cheshire v. Cheshire
