My question involves criminal law for the state of: Arizona
So this happened this past friday, went over to one of my friends houses, his mom was at home (i am 15 by they way). I brought along with me some swishers (tobacco), and about and 1/8 of an oz of marijuana. Later that night, my other friends, and two girls showed up, (that makes 5 of us). One of the girls brought some alcohol (gin to be exact), maybe 14 oz. or so. We all told My friend's mother we were going on a walk. We went into the wash and everyone had a sip of gin (myself and my other two friends hated it), but the girls liked it. One girl however, drank probably 8 oz. by herself, and ingested the majority of the marijuana (however we all smoked). After a few minutes we all walked back to my friends house, and the girl who drank began to come in and out of consciousness, and vomiting. We got my friends mom, and she began to call everyone's parents to inform them of what was happening. By this time she was completely unconscious but still breathing. I took the rest of the marijuana (about 1/16th of an oz by this time), and the pipe that was used and threw it over the fence. My parents showed up and removed me immediately and we went home (this is what our attorney instructed us to do). the next morning, of course everyone at the house had rolled over on me as i was the one who brought the marijuana. My friends mother let us come over and take the pipe and remainder of the marijuana because she did not want to call the cops, we ditched the pipe and flushed the MJ down the toilet. Now my question is, can the girl who got alcohol poisoning parents' pursue the fact that i brought marijuana? because i have nothing in my possession that is illegal at the current time. And can anything be done by my school? (we all go to a private school)
