Default DUI Probation Viol 2 Driv While Susp Violations

My question involves criminal law for the state of: WASHINGTON

i was on dui probation 6 years ago and received a driving while suspended 3rd degree and failed to appear . i received a driving while suspended week prior to thaty so now i have a driving while suspended not pled yet and one im guilty of which caused 2 probation violations and i didnt deal with them .
i lived in oregon and it was a non extradition warrant so i didnt deal with them. Well I was turned in by a woman who was scoern cause i left her so inevitably i was picked up and its been 6 years for the dui pv warrant and dws 3rd charge warrant. there is a 364 day sentence suspended for the dui and not sure what can happen for the dws 3rd degree. i bonded out the judge would not release me . what is likely to happen . jail time? if so is house arrest an option ?

I have nothing criminal on my record at all . Just this one dui , a maliscous michief that i also received the night i got the dui. Thats all .. Its my first time ever failing to appear but the judge is really pissed cause its been so long and im worried hes going to nail me to the wall with the suspended dui sentance . I dont commit crimes, steal or get in fights everywhere i go. I am a disabled vet and just finally after 3 years got into the voc rehab program and ive been in school for 3 quarters and have a 3.56 GPA . I stand to lose it all if he throws me in jail .. ANY HELP PLEASE IM SCARED POOPLESS HERE

Let me try to list this...

While on probation 6 years ago for DUI, you were busted twice for driving while suspended.

You didn't deal with these charges or with the two PV's resulting from them.

Unfortunately, judges really don't like it when they suspend licenses and people repeatedly ignore that suspension while driving.

I would definitely worry about the original suspended sentence to be invoked... along with some huge fines for the dws charges.

The fines for dws rival those of DUI in some jurisdictions.

You need to find yourself a very good attorney that can help you get the maximum mercy possible from the court.

No one of them is all over .. Fines paid .. But i incurred a PV from the charge . I then got another DWS a week later trying to drive my car back to oregon and i failed to appear on that one... the pv was to be handled the same day . Is house arrest an option at all...

Which means, it is not over.

Excuse me, DUI is criminal, DWS is criminal. The first DWS has a minimum jail time of ten days. The second has ninety days. It matters not to the judge how overcrowded the jail is. You should expect at least 100 days in jail, more at the discretion of the judge.

Yup... I am saying exactly that.

I give your chances of finishing the sentence at roughly 75%.
