Default Credit Report Verification of Disputed Collection Accounts

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: WASHINGTON STATE

My involves credit report agency and collection agency. I recently had about seven different collection items removed from all three credit bureas. I currently have a discharged chapter seven bankruptcy and each and every debt I have had deleted are true accounts and i do owe the money and the seven year credit reporting time limit is not up on any of them. But I disputed each and every account and the creditor failed to verify so they were deleted in my favor after 30 days. My question is that I have heard that the credtior can respond late and report the accounts that were deleted and the credit bureaus would have to put these accounts back on my credit report. What is the time limit for these items to be permanently deleted forever and never be re applied to my credit report this has not happened to me but i have heard this could happen to me and would like to prevent it is there some sort of staute of limiations for not repling after the first 30 days of the dispute process

We'll that kind of sucks I currently have had a discharged chapter 7 bankruptcy for 1 year now and from my 1 year of experience it doesn't seem like the creditors even try to update there collection accounts with the credit bureaus it seems like they will report the account once and then just forget about it I had 10 collection accounts now im down to 2 collections accounts they were all disputed and deleted hopfully it stays that way Most of these account have been atleast 5 years old and im hoping that they lost or do not have the information on these accounts anymore thats why most of the failed to verify 8 out of collections accounts

if they have stopped reporting, chances are they are not going to jump back into the game and start reporting again.

Your BK will show up on your CR long after the actual debts have fallen off.

Default Collection Agencies, Credit Bureaus and Removal of Collections

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: WAHINGTON STATE

My question's involves collection agency's credit bureaus and removal of collections account and re applying accounts after be deleted.

I have had a discharged chapter 7 bankruptcy for about one year now I had to file bankruptcy because I owed over 30,000 for about five different bank accounts that were all over drafted and charged off home and cell phone bills medical bills one credit card pay days loans and over due library card with late fees. Alot of these account did not get applied to my credit about ten accounts out of maybe twenty five acount or so did get applied to my credit reports. Recently I have done about four different disputes one right after each thirty day mark so far I have had about eight different collection accounts deleted off my credit report I only have three left with transunion, three left with equifax and two left with experian still in the process of disputing more. I have spoke with the credit bureaus and they said most of these eight removed collection accounts is because they failed to verify these accounts. All of these accounts are mine and I do owe the money. I know that it takes seven years from the first deliequecy for these to be removed the longest I would have to wait is about till 2014 if all these were to all some how be re applied. I have been told that it is possible for these creditors or collection agency to respond late to verify the accounts and the credit bureau would have to re apply these accounts all of these accounts have been included in my bankruptcy. So if the credit bureaus recieved a late reponse to verify any of these accounts what is the time limit they have to verify my disputes with the credit bureaus is it still the seven years from the date of the first deliequency or if the creditor/collection agency have to file a new dispute with the credit bureaus to have these account re applied and what are the chances of me getting my chapter 7 bankruptcy removed if i get all my collection accounts removed I have heard that if i get all collections deleted removed almost all traces that i filed bankruptcy except for the public records sections on the report I was told that if I disputed my bankruptcy and said that it was not suppose to be a chapter 7 bankrupcty but it was suppose to be a chapter 13 bankruptcy and i would have to wait about twenty six months to do the dispute because i heard that after twenty four months the bankruptcy court does not hold on to records after this time period and they end of storing these files on a film called micro finche and once its on mico finche they do not go to look at it or anything so if the credit bureaus want the bankruptcy court to verify the bankruptcy they would not respond and it would have to be deleted from my credit report

Accurate, negative information can be reported to credit reporting agencies for the statutory period, normally the seven years you note. Your fraudulent objections do not permanently block the reporting of what you concede are accurate reports of your past credit history. Beyond that, you will have to wait and see what happens.

You say fraudulent for disputing the credit report information or disputing the bankruptcy information???????

So I understand that until the seven years is up I will always have to worry about this information being reported and affecting my credit. But I kind of don't really understand the ways they report the information from my understanding they report the information and then never report back on it again unless they recieve a dispute letter in the mail but if they just reported the collections information don't they just put it in collections and never report again or do they report annually every year or what????

How often have you seen collections be applied again after being removed how long after mine were removed would it be possible to be re applied some of the collection agency's im dealing with are afni in bloomington il and rjm acquisitons IQ DATA international aka Rent collect and midland credit managment

after about a year or so of them not putting it back on my report I should be clear to think that they probaly would never re apply these collections???????? Am i correct ?

I was also thinking that maybe because i have a discharged bankruptcy that they do not care to even bother reporting these accounts since they are unable to sue me for any of these accounts ??????? any answers would be good answers thanks for the help
