Default "Stay of Execution" on a Traffic Ticket

My question involves traffic court in the State of: California

Can someone tell me what the "WIN" and "stay of execution" means on my ticket? I have tried to call the number below but there is no one that you can speak to and I have searched the web and can't find the answer either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is what is on the ticket via online:

    Court: Chatsworth Courthouse
9425 Penfield Ave., Chatsworth, CA 91311
    (213) 742-1884
    Violation Date: 03/23/2010
    Initial Due Date: 05/27/2010
    Case Status: Court
    Disposition: 05/13/2010
    Last Action: Stay of execution
    Last Action/
New Appearance Date: 11/02/2010 in WIN

    Thanks,
    ---Mike

Well, what did you do in-between getting the ticket and getting this message from the online case status?

I did a Trial by Declaration and then it went in F40 status (which I found was the status of the judge reading both verdicts). Then about 2 weeks after that I saw this show up online. "WIN"

I read about a "stay in execution" and that is when there is a temporarily suspension in the execution of a court judgment or other court order. I can't get on the phone to talk to someone about this because everything is automated.

This ticket is for a running a red light, no camera's or anything.

Is this looking good for me or looking very bad...???

    Thanks for the help!

As long as the case shows a dismissal, it was dismissed.

If you're nervous, you drive down to the courthouse and ask.

I wish I could drive down there but by the time I get there they are closed (because of the location of my work). I will just have to wait to get something in the mail from them I guess...

Unless someone else knows what this means???

    Thanks!

    Hey Mike,
Did you ever find out about this? I wondering because I'm in the same boat as you are, from the same Court House. Please advise.

    Thanks,
    Ivan
