    Default 2 Week Notice

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of:

I live in PA, so there is the At-Will Employment. My question is how much do contracts hold up. I put in my two weeks notice because this place is the most unmoral place, and i found a new job and want to be with a employer who cares. but my contract says as below. and i was wondering if i am bound to the 30 days or what could happen if i still just go with 2 weeks and that is it. I don't care if they withhold money, i just want to get away from this company as far as possible and don want them sueing or anything. Or with the At-Will Employment can i quit at any moment without notice even though i have contract

    Term and Termination

    1. At Any Time this Agreement and Employee's employment may be terminated at **************'s discretion or upon the death of employee

    2. This Agreement may be terminated by Employee at Employee's discretion by providing at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to *********. In the event of termination by Employee pursuant to this subsection, ******* may immediately relieve employee of all duties and immediately terminate this agreement, provided that ***** shall pay employee at the then applicable base salary rate to the termination date included in employees original termination notice

See an employment attorney for advice; I am not one, just someone with a lot of management and labor law experience.

What sounds fishy to me is that the agreement is one-sided; the employer can fire you immediately and suffer no consequences, but you can't quit unless you give 30 days notice, or YOU (likely) suffer consequences.
