I live in PA, so there is the At-Will Employment. My question is how much do contracts hold up. I put in my two weeks notice because this place is the most unmoral place, and i found a new job and want to be with a employer who cares. but my contract says as below. and i was wondering if i am bound to the 30 days or what could happen if i still just go with 2 weeks and that is it. I don't care if they withhold money, i just want to get away from this company as far as possible and don want them sueing or anything. Or with the At-Will Employment can i quit at any moment without notice even though i have contract
