Default Accused of Theft "Suspended" and Pay with Held

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of:IL

I was recently suspended from my job of almost five years during shift on a saturday my supervisor came in and printed, signed, and delivered the paper to me and had me police escourted out. Before I was escourted out he says that upon his investigation of going thru the trash after my shift and seen packages that didnt match up to my sales from that past monday..(side noten any given day any of the 4 employees can tell you that there are more then two bags of trash in the office.) That following monday was pay day and ther wasnt a payroll check there for me, and i am also due my last weeks pay and my final pay which i no he will with hold as well. What shold I do? do I have a good case...there are more details as well like me being the only female employee, past thefts while i was supervisor etc...PLEASE HELP

Do you have a good case for what?

Getting your paycheck? Yes, file a wage claim with the state Dept. of Labor.

For unemployment benefits? Probably yes, file immediately.

There is no such thing as "wrongful suspension".
