Default Servient Party Responsibility to Easement

I am wondering what the servient party's responsibility is to their land which another party has an easement on. For instance, in a previous post, I outlined the situation where the easement passes over a dam. The dam is no longer passable by vehicle because the dam has not been maintained by the owner of the land (the servient party). Is it the servient party's responsibility to make sure that the easement is passable? or will the dominant party have to pay $$ towards making it passable again?

Default Re: Servient Party Responsibility to Easement

As you were told in the other thread, it's your obligation to maintain your access. The authority is posted there. If it's unclear, you should post your follow-up in that thread to keep everything together.
