Quote Quoting Mr. Knowitall
You should tell the truth on your applications. If you are concerned about whether you have violated immigration laws in the past, consult an immigration lawyer in association with completing the applications.

Oh I am telling the truth, I haven't lived in the U.S. "ILLEGALLY" ever, I understand Canadians are allowed to stay in the States for 6months, during the 6 months I applied for Perment Residency through a Lawyer, it took time (estimated 6-8 months) during that time my mom and I moved back to Canada and that canceled the Case. My Step father told me he clamed me for 2003 (12 months) cause I did stay with him (Legally) but in 2005 he clamed me for 6 months (summer, Legally) but in 2004 the Filing office put me down for 12 months on accident...would that effect me in anyway?

thanks
