Default Accused of Credit Card Fraud

My question involves criminal law for the state of: NJ

So I have been accused and was arrested and now it is at the prosecutor for review for indictable offense. The amount was 100$ and was wondering what will happen if this was my only offense and I have a spotless record. Basically if you were the prosecutor what would you do? I have said that I did not do it.

It doesn't matter what we would do. The prosecutor is going to work with the full facts of the case, which we do not have access to.

    Where is your attorney?
