i know i can get emancipated
Because...you're already living separate from your parents, on your own, not with your boyfriend, paying 100% of everything - food, medical, incidentals, rent, renters insurance, car payments, maintenance, gas and insurance, clothing, phone, gas, electricity - with no help from anyone? And you can prove that it's in your best interests to be emancipated? (No, "My parents suck" isn't sufficient, neither is "But I'm desperate to move".)

There's a reason Dogmatique told you to read the stickies last month.

Forms are not available online. You have to go IN PERSON, with someone over the age of 21, to the Clerk's office at your local district court. It is not a quick process - it can take anywhere from several months to a year for your petition to work its way through the system, and if your parents oppose the petition, it will not be heard.

And if you're not able to find out where to find the forms without help, what possible reason can you have for thinking that you're mature enough to live on your own?
