My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: California
I filed a complaint with the CA Labor Board for unpaid wages from my previous employer. I resigned after eighteen months of solid work.I had a scheduled conference and missed it due to a date mix up. A stupid erroron my part. I called the labor board and now I am awaiting a reply. I still would like to pursue this case to the fullest extent possible, what are my current options?
