Where are you seeing the entry? A reasonable inference would be that you're dealing with a record of a court or entity that has updated its system to allow electronic filing of documents, and that the entry indicates that the judgment was received electronically as opposed to as a paper document.
I see the entry on the local court system, in cases where I know that there was no resolution (ie: court date) for said infractions. In one case, def. skipped town after accomplishing bail, in the other, def had a charge of probation violation and non payment. In both cases, bench warrants have been issued. In the second case, def. was already found guilty of the initial charge, and hasn't shown up to court since. My initial question was because one of the known cases has never been to court, the other has, and they both now indicate the same. Wasn't sure if they could find you responsible for a charge that you never answered to......
