I allowed my ex-wife to move to Ga. from Fl. just ten hours away. We have shared custody of our two children and maximum visitation. In the begining we would drive halfway between each residence to pick up and drop off the children. Now my ex does not want to do this and is telling me that if I want to continue seeing the children I have to drive up and get them then drive them back. Our children love coming back to Florida.I have tried to reason with her about flying the children down and spliting the cost to avoid the long drive but she does not believe she has an obligation to do anything other than let me visit them in Ga. I am under the impression that we are supposed to meet halfway.
We are operating under the Fl. suggested out of state visitation schedule.
Could you advise how to proceed.
