Default How to Sue a Former Landlord Over a Missing Package

Hi again. My previous thread was removed for some reason and I don't know why.
I need to know how to sue an apartment complex rental office in small claims. I lived there last year and they lost a package containing a very expensive item I had purchased. This happened in South Carolina where I live. It was insured but the post office refused the claim because the package was accepted and signed for by one of the people in the rental office.
I know that I have to go to the county clerks office. But do I list the name of the complex and/or the parent company that's in another state? Do I list the name of the property manager and/or the name of the employee who signed for the package? I want to make sure I have this down correctly so I'm not told I need to sue someone else. Thanks!
