    Default Can I Get Off Deferred Sentencing Early for School

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: colorado
    I want to start a 2yr course at a school for healthcare but because im still in progress of completing my deffered sentencing i am not eligible to attend clinicals and cannot proceed any further. I have 12 of 36 classes done for dv. and besides paying my po and chatting i have no other monitoring related things im obligated to. I am badly in debt with a to be wife and a daughter and I have changed is there away to get off deferred sentencing early and seal my records so i can drive 80 miles to school for 2 years and provide better for my family

    You can inquire with your probation officer about early discharge. I would not expect it to happen unless and until you have satisfied all of the other terms of your probation, including taking the remainder of your domestic violence classes.
