My question involves real estate located in the State of: Nevada
i am trying to extend my driveway and after my neighbor and I came to what i thought was an agreed upon property line he came out right before the concrete was to be poured and said we were 3 ft on his property. the line in question fallows the the fence line and is about a foot from his sprinklers. he has been maintaining (mowing) the agreed upon line since i moved in 7 years ago and from what i know before then. he further says the fence that we are using to gauge the property line put in by the home builders 31 years ago is off i am afraid if he is right he can tear the fence down thus making my new pool too close to the fence and unusable ive heard of adverse possession and am wondering where i would stand legally. note: the line in question directly fallows the fence line also i live in the corner of a cul-de-sac.
