My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Indiana - Oklahoma
My husband and I purchased a vehicle in Indiana before moving to Oklahoma. The company allowed us to bring the vehicle with us.
Several months after finances got tight and we defaulted on the loan. We called the auto company to confirm a repo they said they would come and pick it up.
That has been almost a year ago. We are now in the middle of moving and do not know what to do with this vehicle.
They sent us a bill and when we have called them back they give us the don't call us we'll call you spiel.
Can we take this vehicle some where and leave it or what can we do with it?
Any help is appreciated.
