If I were you I'd be seeking the services of a good attorney; if she is able but unwilling to work there is no reason why she should receive anything - and this is the most I believe would be due - other than temporary "bridging" support.
Your disability is (ironically and tragically) in your favor as you are unable to work; her ability to work is also in your favor as I mentioned.
