    Post Spouse Visa Date Issue

I recently got married oversea and because of bad timing/school, I did my the paper work for my wedding late, four days before coming here the U.S. ( I never though about it until now) Would that pose a problem when trying to file my spouse visa for permanent residence. (I-130) In other words, does it matter how long I stayed oversea after my wedding date? Please, help!

And thank you so much to everybody who responds!

You are a U.S. citizen? What "paperwork" are you talking about?

By paper work, I mean wedding certificate. Does it matter how long I stay oversea with my wife after the wedding date? The wedding certificate says the wedding is on the 6/11th and I left the country 6/15...I was wondering if that is going to be an issue when filing for my fiance.

    Again, Thank you.

A fiance visa is not an option since you are now married.
