My subtenants are finally leaving, we've had problems, but they broke the contract by not giving the 30 day notice stated in the lease AND they did not tell me, they told MY landlord... AND they asked my landlord NOT to tell me.
What can I do?

Pretty clearly there's a back story here.
When you say they're your subtenants, do you mean that they entered into a sublease agreement with you as their landlords, or do you mean that they entered into a sublease agreement with your landlord where you remained on the hook in the event of a default or after they moved out? That is, who was their actual landlord?
I just noticed your other thread. Did they move out after you instructed them that you wanted them to move out?
They signed a contract with us, in witch we listed them to pay their rent to our landlord because we're never in town.
No, when we stated we wanted them out, they refused and said "We arent going anywhere." I think they left to sever all ties with us. (Family issues) But the fact that they are breaking the contract and going behind our backs, is infuriating. They haven't respected us, or the contract since they moved in.
Well, presumably you obtained a security deposit, so if you have any valid claims against the deposit deduct the money they owe and return the balance. Be sure to follow your state's security deposit laws to the letter.
