My question is the State of NY:

I found out something that concerned me a little. When my wife and I went for the Medical Examination, everything went ok. We did the tuberculosis and it came out negative. However, I just checked a copy of the medical examination that the doctor gave us and I found a mistake and I do not know what complications it cna bring if any.

In my copy of my Medical Examination, the doctor marked down Positive for Tuberculosis(X-ray needed) and put down the side of it as 00mm (which means negative) because it must be greater than 0.5mm to be considered positive. Then, in the back of it, he marked down No x-ray needed medical cleared for tuberculosis for USCIS. What will the USCIS believe? It was negative and he was very clear about that.

In my wife's copy of the Medical Examination, the doctor marked down Negative for tuberculosis and 00mm. Then in the back he marked down No X-ray needed medical cleared for tuberculosis for USCIS and he also put down as she went through a X-Ray test and it came out negative. Why would he put a date for X-ray if her result was negative? Again, what will the USCIS believe?

Is that a big deal? Should I go and see him and request a corrected form for both my wife and I and keep them just in case? Will you need to send a corrected form to Immigration Office or it should not cause a problem?

Thank you.
