    Default Arizona Birth Certificate

Hi. I ran away drom arziona about six months ago but the detective on my case tooke off the list because my parents refused to contact him. Now I'm living alone legally. My parents refuse to give me my birth certificate and this is becoming problematic for my emancipation case. How can I go about getting a copy of it myself, since in arizona only certain family members can get it. Thanks !

The state of Arizona requires that you be 18 years old in order to obtain a copy of your own birth certificate.

You can get around this by hiring an attorney to get a copy for you. Read here.
