My question involves a traffic citation from the state of: NJ
Guys, I would never park unlawfully and I would like to let you all know that I don't agree with taking a handicapped space. That being said, I just think that there is something wrong about the ticket that was issued. First off, I just want to let you all know that I literally went to the store to get some water quick 5 minutes if that! As I am leaving, I get to the car and see two people filming, one in the front of my car and in the rear. I asked what they were filming, they told me that it was illegal to park there, mind you just regular people, not any store managers or anything. A couple of days pass and I get a summons in the mail. I just want to know if it is legal to present this as evidence, or is there some sort of legal means to argue that the video should not be considered and therefore the ticket be withdrawn?
Thank you in advance.
