Getting emancipated

I'm 18 years old and I am inlove with my fiancee the only problem is my mother said that she is still leagelly responsible for me till i am 21 and i cannot get married to him or move with him to germany (bc he is in the army) unless i am 21 or i get emancipted what do i need to do?

At eighteen, for most purposes you are an adult and you don't need parental consent to get a marriage license. Here's some official information.

my mother said that unless i was 21 or emancipated she would do everything in her power to stop me marrying him.

and now she is going to kick me out of the house and take away the car she bought me if i don't break up with him

Why would you live with your mother after you got married, instead of living with your husband? (And no, your mother doesn't have to give you a free car.)
