Emancipation at 16

im 16 and i want to be emancipated from my parents. what are the steps i need to complete this in the state of Flordia, and how do i go about it?

The Florida emancipation statute requires that your parents initiate the emancipation process. Are they willing to do so?

im sure they would considering they tell me i am not welcome in the house. how do they initate it? i printed out the statute on it, but how do i make if offical? also, are there any options with health care help?

i want to leave now, but they said they would report me as a runaway, & i dont want to have to deal with that on top of everything else.

They need to file a petition with the court, as described in the statute. Check with your local courthouse to see if a standard form is available. If nothing else, they may be able to copy you a sample petition from another file so you can write your own.
