Default Travel to Canada After Being Sentenced for Stealing

I am in the process of doing a court diversion (community service instead of going to court: http://www.chit-courtdiversion.org/). This means that I am not going to officially have a public criminal record. My family is going to canada for a summer vacation in a few weeks. I know that canada does not allow people with criminal records to cross the border into their country. So my question is this: will I have problems entering Canada?
    Thank you

Probably not, since you don't have a record.
