    Unhappy I'm 16 and i would like to get emancipated

    I'm 16 and I live In Flordia. My mom is always yelling at me for no reason at all. I want to get emancipated because I hate when she yells at me. Im engaged but not wanting to get married until we get out of school. my mom gets mad at me for no reason at all she yells and then acts like nothing happened I'm very Scared and don't know what else to do. Emancipation is my only choice. Please help me.

    Under Florida's emancipation statute, the emancipation petition would have to be brought by your parents. Would they be willing to do that?
