First off take a breath, it's not the end of the world and when you divorced he gave up the right to make you sleepless, for any reason.

He is breaking a court order by not paying and the courts have the tools to make deadbeats pay so don't fret too much.

Since you won't take that advice, it's hard to do, have you at least been taking notes of everything that happens and all communication including dates and times?

Do you have or can you get any evidence to support your claims? Much of the proof will be his to provide (if he says he paid, he needs to show proof etc) but if he denies getting an inheritance do you have the deceased name, the executors name etc? Can you get them? the more prepared you are the better.

Just be careful not to throw too much at the judge, he doesn't want to hear anything opinionated, he wants facts and proof.
