    Default Wage Garnishment Changes

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Florida

I have had my wages garnished for the past year. My husband has recently lost his business and is no longer bringing in any income. We can no longer afford to not have that money anymore. Is there a way to contact the judge for a redo? I am now considered head of household, and I have the only income (which is not much). Also if I change jobs what do I need to do?

You can try petitioning for an exemption as head of the household.
