My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: NH
Hello all im just going to keep this short and sweet and to the point . I got a neck injury on the job in sept 09 and got put on alternative duty thru the temp agency i worked for .I worked in there office from sept 09 to may 2010 and it's been a night mare . My question is what can i do as for retaliation against my employer legally on the following :
my employer would run to there doc i seen for me to work full time when other specialist or other doctor's wanted me to work part time or try to pull me out of work in general.
I was supposed to get a ergonomic evaluation seeing im 6'8 and the station did not suit me at all and it was doctor ordered but it was never done just was blown off.
also im not getting any cash benefit's from there insurance seeing i was fired in may and the ins told me i was not eligible for anything but medical i did apply for unemployment as well and been denied that as well but i have a tribunal meeting on the phone which my employer appealed for.
So im out of options and dont know what to do and looking for a lawyer is nearly impossible to hear me out . Any input would be grateful Thank's
