Default Inconsistency in Officer's Statement About Radar Reading

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: WASHINGTON
I am contesting my school zone speeding ticket. The officer's sworn statement says that he clocked me at 570ft. going 34mph. He also says I was well within the 300ft. school zone when he got his digital readout. He was between me and the school so if he clocked me at 570 ft. how could I have been within the school zone. The speed limit at 570 ft. is 35mph.

Why don't you post the ENTIRE statement. As opposed to our asking questions and you answering them one at a time.

can you file a motion to admit in this case? If so, file one and ask (amonst other things you want to have deemed admitted) them to admit that you speed was x MPH with x=speed limit. Then when they dont answer, its deemed admitted! Motion for dismissal prior to trial. See your civil rules for who you need to serve & if you need to file a copy with the clerk. Generally, after 30 days of no response, what you ask to have admitted is admitted.
