    Default He's 23, and She is 14

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Kansas

Hello, my brother has been working with a 14 year old girl. Since she is his assistant, they used to see each other quite often and that girl is a huge flirt from the way she talks to him to the things she does. So yesterday, she caught him in a weak moment and they kissed, he said that nothing else happened, and of course i believe him. Now she is accusing him of forcing her into his house and trying to touch her intimate parts, but of course she is lying. The police went and arrested him and I just don't know what's going to happen. What can I do to help him?
Thank you very much in advance

Hire him the most highly recommended criminal defense attorney in town. And then explain that weakness or not, there is NO part of a 23 year old kissing a 14 year old that is a good idea....ever. Even JUST the kiss could be enough for CRIMINAL charges.

Your brother should do the following.

    1) Get an attorney
    2) Stop kissing 14 year olds
    3) Stop talking to you or anyone else about this (anyone other than his attorney...)

    Not necessarily in that order.

There is one thing and only one thing you can do for him.

Get him a lawyer. He is in SERIOUS trouble - much more serious than a message board can help with.

    Lawyer. Now.
