    Default Warrant Issued Based on Hearsay

    My question involves criminal law for the state of:Florida, i have warrents in fl. but they have no proof i did anything except hear say so how could i have a warrant with no evidence of a crime? plz help!!!!

    Evidence is what gets presented at trial. The burden of proof for the issuing of a warrant is only "probable cause", NOT definitive proof.
