I Want to Be Emancipated - Do I Have Any Options

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: VA

I am 17 and seeking emancipation. I have attempted to leave the household with the consent of my parents, and I was completely denied. There is no abuse, or negligence, however there are psychological problems exacerbated by my living in this house. It is a terrible situation for everyone involved. There are several people, including my licensed therapist, who believe this move would be in my best interests, and that I could handle it well. Is emancipation possible without any parental consent? I can provide character witnesses, if necessary, in court. If emancipation is possible, where would I go for the forms? I have looked to no avail to find the petition. And finally, if emancipation is impossible, are there other options for me?

And do you have the financial means to pay 100% of the market rate for an apartment, as well as your utility bills, all your food, clothing, transportation, medical care, insurance, school fees and supplies, and all the other incidentals of life, alone and unassisted, without any help from ANYONE, while simultaneously going to school and getting better than average grades? If the answer is no, then don't even bother; emancipation WILL NOT happen. If the answer is yes, then how long before you turn 18?

I do have all of those things managed, actually. I planned it out very meticulously during my first attempt to leave the house. I made sure I was actually able to before I presented the idea to my parents.
I turn 18 in one year.
