My grower is a terrible person for having a couple to many plants in his place and getting convicted of a felony when he showed the police his grow room when they came to his house asking. that makes him a very bad criminal....
yes it does. Just because you don't happen to think his crime is a crime means nothing... well, except that you need to call your congressman.

Actually, I DO believe drug dealers... like you and your grower... are terrible people.

if you read i also have a broken vertebrae so its much more then just a tummy ache. lethal amounts of pills to numb the pain daily i do not enjoy.
But you have to smoke pot because of your tummy ache.

and i never once said it was 6grand worth of pot. i only pay for the expenses to grow the pot. unlike you he is a kind person that wants to help people with their pain, suffering so they may enjoy the life they have.
Awesome. A drug dealer with a heart of gold.

Does he know you are selling his gifts?

you sure do like to make assumptions. i only offered 1 person. who had robbed my house because he found out i have a medical card. which made me a target for local criminals because they want what i had. and so i moved away from the small town i was in.
    Uh huh.

only people who don't spend time with me would call me a drug dealer because i know stoners, growers, and pipe blowers.
Don't know where I would have gotten that idea.

you obviously have a vendetta against medical marijuana card holders that APPEAR they are a little guilty of a crime that is "total crap".
No, I have a problem with people that lie to get a MM card so that they can sell drugs.

Ive had a rough time trying to find jobs and such so i worked for family and as soon as i move to try something on my own before i even have time to find a job i get harassed and looked at like i am doing something wrong because i have pot and money without a current job.
And like to leave large amounts of pot with drug dealers under police observation.

Are you saying you DIDN'T know this "friend" sold drugs? That you were utterly surprised that the police were watching him?

You are either a liar or a moron. I will let you pick.

The judge will just assume liar.

Are you on disability? About the only reason your "I hate banks" story would make sense is if you're hiding your assets so that you don't trigger spend-down rules.

Whether you want to call it lying to the police or choosing not to tell them the whole "truth", it boils down to the same thing. They knew about the three pounds of marijuana, you chose not to provide full, accurate answers to their questions, and thus by the time you were confronted about the three pounds of weed and your dealer friend's story that you were his supplier, you were at the bottom of a deep hole (dug by you). I can understand why your lawyer wants you to consider a plea bargain - you can talk to him about your chances of getting out of that hole, but the story you have shared here doesn't sound like one that a lawyer would want to run past a jury.

You've apparently been told that your choice is to give up your grower or be prosecuted for delivery, and you've told us that you would rather choose prison over giving up your grower, so I'm not sure what else you expect us to say.

You really have no idea how banks work, do you?

If you had a safe, wouldn't have that been a better place to keep your pot rather than a drug dealer's home?

mrknowitall. thank you. you honestly were very respectful with any replies.

because of the way i answered the question's they assumed i knew there was weed there which i did not deny. they assumed it was mine but did not ask instead they directed questions as if it were already known it was mine and i did not deny. but they did ask me if was was selling marijuana and i denied that. when they asked me how much its worth i just said i don't know. cus honestly i don't know what they would consider it worth and my price is just at cost of production. + they never stated what they found or how much.

i waited for them to finish doing what they were doing with my friend that gave the statement against me. it appeared they hadn't even got his statement until after i had shown up. either that or he was just identifying me when they opened the door and he pointed at me. but they pretended they knew alot about me by stating they knew i just moved and my previous address and that i had been to california before.

either way the guy questioning me did not really give me time to think about anything. they just made assumptions took my friends statement threw some questions at me and then had other cops take me to a diff county jail. mind you having 3 guns pointed in your face by guys who don't look like cops with no visible badges making you feel like your friend just got robbed and you were about to be or be murdered. that bout sent me into a heart attack i was in such shock i didn't know they were cops til they got me outta the car patted me down then pulled out some cuffs and stated they were only cops.

banks charged me a monthly fee to have my money in them. (i didn't always have that much money to even put in one!) and i was terrible with overdraft fee's. i don't know how banks work and never had the desire to learn. + having to leave your money in for a set amount of time did not sound appealing when who knows whats going to happen 6 months from now? i buy trinkets and sell them at outdoor events too! ive made a good part of my 10000 from that. green lasers on ebay about 10 bux each. night events i have sold one for 100 bucks but usually only 40 or 50.

in cali, the first words out of any law enforcement officer's mouth needs to be identification as such. as to the bracelets, meh. i've worn 'em more times than i can count; and been searched 10 times more than that.

why keep marijuana in a safe?

You've never heard of a money market account?

In any event, making 0% sure beats making -100%.

i didn't make that comment... but yeah a safe would be a better place then a drug dealers home. but my safe was at my house 150 miles from where i was. left me with 3 choices. my car the hotel or my friends house. i figured my friends house was the best idea at the time. and i knew my friend traded pot with another one of his friends from time to time (that had his card too). but other then that i did not know what my friend did with his pot. when i was there no one ever stopped by asking him for drugs of any kind. i didn't live close enough to be there very often though.
