My question involves criminal law for the state of: AZ

We went out of town for 3 days and left our 17yo son home alone (big mistake). We let some of the neighbors know we were going and provided our phone numbers in case they saw anything suspicious. He had a party of about 20-25 one night that included others bringing alcohol. All attendees were 16 or 17 yrs old. Money exchanged hands to cover the cost of the alcohol. They stayed up most of the night drinking and at 5am four of the attendees decided they needed to go get something to eat. The 17yo driver of the vehicle was pulled over and charged with DUI, the occupants received consumption violations and all parents had to come retrieve their children at the police station. So, my question is what liability do we as parents have for the actions that occurred at our house while we were not there? We definitely didn't authorize any underage drinking at our house nor would it ever have occurred had we been home. And what about potential implications for my son who was the one who ultimately was here and "provided the alcohol" and the place to consume it.

Thanks!
