My question involves alienation of affection law for the State of: North Carolina

I am married and have been having an affair with a married man and recently somebody hacked our computers and sent his wife our emails and photos. The photos are graphic but not of us together. Three photos are of us kissing.

She is understandably upset and telling him she is going to sue me for AoA.
I know her, we are not friends, but know each other. She told me that their marriage has not been good for the past 4 years and they both have told me they have not had sex in over 2 years and they sleep in separate rooms.
From what I have read, it is quite obvious that I was not the cause of their marriage going sour or any alienation of affection. She goes back and forth on whether she wants to work on the marriage or divorce. She moves out then moves back in. He never knows when she will show up. Most recently she wiped out his bank account.

My question is, with the information I have provided, if she does sue me for AoA what is the chance she will win and what does someone win if the person they sue doesn't own anything or have any money?
Also, my husband does not know and I am trying to protect him, but if she sues, he'll find out. Can he sue her husband my husband and I have not had sex in over a year and sleep in separate rooms as well?

Thank you,
Confused
