    Default Notice of Default Reply

My question involves a foreclosure in the State of: Florida.

we are a married couple going thru a foreclosure, we received two separate notice of default, one for my wife and one for me.
Since we are married we assumed that we could reply with one answer document with my signature which was sent to the county clerk and the plaintiffs lawyer.

Now we received a motion for default with my wife's name only on it,
We think it is because there was only one reply.
how do we correct this issue and attach her name to the response.

Should we infer that this is a judicial foreclosure? If you're talking about a court motion you can try serving an answer, and opposing the motion for default based upon your misunderstanding of what was required. You would want to file and serve a written answer to that motion.
