My father has had a circulation issue with his calves for a while. He went to a specialist who told him that he must perform a certain proceedure to fix the problem. My father is 55 years old therefor any proceedure for him carries a greater risk within itself - considering he has several minor health issues. He went through this proceedure which did not help the pain and the condition in general of his legs. He went to another 2 specialists who both confirmed that the proceedure done was completely unneccessary and my father took off days from work, went through a considerable amount of pain healing from the proceedure and I think it is a good idea to talk to a lawyer.
I was simply wondering if, with a good lawyer, do we actually have a case or not?
