Default Race Discrimination, in Need of Legal Experts, and More,

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Missouri

Hello. My father has obtained four right to sues, and a tribunal of appeals order regarding unemployment benefits stating that he was not terminated via insubordination even though the company said he did.

Well, my father is in a lawsuit and it has been going for over 4 1/2 years. It was closed (given a judgement) at one point and we did not know about it until we contacted the courts ourselves to find out because our old attorney abandoned his case suspiciously. We managed to re-open it and we are in the phase of settlement/case worth negotiations right now.

In regards to what has happened with my father and this lawsuit, he has went through racial discrimination, retaliation upon reporting to government agencies such as MCHR and EEOC, that retaliation involves hostile work environment, harassment, only one with no raise, raise appraisal appeal comments changed by supervisors, and eventually wrongful termination, thus not being able to obtain another job, losing his credit, losing his home, emotional and mental stress over all of the years, and more.

We are really seeking any help/legal advice we can get. We also would like to know if there are any legal experts out there who can weigh cases to find out the case value for settlement amounts. Or if anyone knows anyone or any other site where we can get the expert legal help that we need.

Thank you all so much for your time for reading this, and we pray to god that we can get the help we need. Thank you all

Of course there are such experts. They're called attorneys and you pay for their expertise. Start calling around for employment law attorneys--this is a specialized discipline. Or contact your county Bar Association for their lawyer referral service. For such a complex case as this appears to be, this is not going to be cheap; there will be a lot of documents to review.

It is against the rules of this site to recommend specific attorneys.

We will continue to call around for more employment law attorneys and ask them for their advice.

    Thank you for your reply
