    Question Dietary Supplement Ingredients

    Hi,

Please could someone tell me if it's legal to produce and sell a dietary supplement with the same quantities of the same ingredients as a supplement already on the market, and if not, what changes would need to be made?

    Thanks,
    dasypygal

Recipes aren't subject to copyright. If they aren't protecting their recipe as a trade secret, it's fair game. You have to be careful, though, about using their trademark in your marketing pieces if you want to compare your product to theirs.
