My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: IN
I will make this short for starters if there is a case here i will post more info.
1.I was recently fired for not entering a company portal on the world wide web.
2.This company portal is tied into the company website which is a public site.
3. All the employees personal information is on this site including direct deposit statements.
My question is can they host this information,can they force me to register on this site and fire me if i do not comply.They have had no training on this site and what information you had to enter.
